The Bay Foundation held their 5th Annual Coastal Connections celebration on Thursday, October 17th, 2019 in the Seaside Pavilion at Pacific Park on the Santa Monica Pier.

Coastal Connections is an annual fundraiser held by The Bay Foundation. The event highlights several special honorees and features entertainment, delicious gourmet food by Bristol Farms, unlimited rides at Pacific Park, and more. This yearโ€™s honorees were Laura Doss-Hertz of Skysource, Dean Kubani of the City of Santa Monica, and Los Angeles World Airports. The sponsoring event partners this year were Pacific Park, Blue Robotics, McGowan Consulting LLC, and SoCalGas.

Attendees to Coastal Connections were able to enjoy an incredible view of the Santa Monica coastline from Pacific Parkโ€™s exclusive Seaside Pavilion event space. Guests enjoyed cocktails and hor dโ€™oeuvres for an hour prior to dinner and event programming, and some played on the rides and enjoyed games inside Pacific Park. The event took efforts to be sustainable, including BYOC (Bring Your Own Cup) or having the option to purchase reusable stainless-steel cups there.
