We collected all the posters created for the Twilight Concert Series over the past 35 years. Each poster is fun, bright, and eclectic – reflecting the series itself. For the past 35 years, thousands of people have come to the Santa Monica Pier to dance, enjoy good entertainment, and spend quality time with friends. It’s been a staple in West side events since it’s creation. While we can’t hold physical concerts in 2020 due to COVID-19, we can take this time to look back on all the fun memories created over the past 35 years.

The Twilight Dance Series started in 1985 as a way to bring people out to the Santa Monica Pier. What began as a 4 week long series under one small tent quickly grew into becoming a local’s favorite and must-do event for the following 34 summers. It brought in many artists from around the world and shed light into all the different cultures we celebrate in Los Angeles. In 2012, it changed names to the well-known Twilight Concert Series until undergoing a redirection in 2018 to what it’s known as now – simply Twilight on the Pier.
